Help finding Black/Af Am Princess decor?
began decorating my daughters room. She wants princess decor. The only thing I have been able to find is Disney Princess but they are all white. Would like to have at least a few african american princesses on her wall or bedding. Anyone know where I can find something like Black Princess decor?
While I’m sorry I can’t specifically help, I did want to point out that there are some non white disney princesses: Milan, Jasmine, and Pocahontas. I will agree they are well over due for a black princess. I think I would make a room that looked like a room a princess would live in: beautiful draperies, a cute vanity, a canopy bed, and of course a nice collection of tiaras, rather than pictures of princesses on the walls.
Or, you can do an Egyptian room and use Nefertiti as the princess.
