Creating a CARTOON photo frame?
I was thinking of taking pictures to some children in kindergarden and then virtually framing their pictures with cartoon characters.
I have Corel Paint Shop Pro x3.
I tried to find some ready made cartoon frames but it seems impossible.
Where can I find these or at least clipart, graphics, tubes, whatever, at least high quality images of some Disney or non-Disney cartoon characters to use?

Make your own tubes. It will require a little work but it won’t be wasted because you will have that tube to use at a later date if you wish.
