If I am making pictures bottle cap that says Dora / Disney Princess, I have to get permission to use the images?
I look forward do a bit of bottle cap jewelry and hair bows with images on them. I would use some characters from Nickelodeon and Disney. Do I have to get some kind permission to use the images?
Do not use Nick or Disney images are in any case, except for personal use. If you sell bottle caps they are committing a crime. Will the bankruptcy? If they know they will. Save your images.
