What is the Walt Disney College Program Alumni hourly wage?

I am considering doing the Disney College Program Alumni summer internship from May 2010-August. Does anybody know what the current or most recent hourly wage is for this program? I did the original program back in 2003 and the wage was a crummy 6 bones an hour.

Also, if you have taken part in the Summer Alumni internship how was your experience? Worth doing?

I did the last two Summer Programs and I did the 2007 Spring Advantage program. Last summer, the wage went up to $7.25……yea, I know.

I have a phone interview for the May 2010-August summer program in about 8 hours so I’m extra nervous even though I’ve done this program 3 times already :/

The last couple of summers were amazing. I don’t know if you have ever worked at Disney during the summer but it gets crazy. 2008 was way worse than 2009 because of the recession. However, that did not stop the millions and millions (well, it seems like millions) of Brazilian tour groups that swamp the parks at one time! I swear, the country of Brazil is empty during the summer because they all are at Disney! Anyway, I worked at the same place every time (ABC Commissary, Hollywood Studios) and I had an amazing time each time regardless of how busy it gets. I think working during the summer is the best because it gets crazy busy during certain times like around the holidays even though you only have to worry about one holiday (July 4th). But thankfully, you do have some down times and slow days. Also there is a new and very nice apartment complex called Patterson Court that we can choose to live at and they also have more buses which is always convenient.

All in all, I definitely recommend going back this summer. I am!!!!!
