HELP! i need help on a movie?
I saw this movie last summer
it was a tv movie
and i think it was disney
the movie starts by the main girl waking up on her birthday and he father getting her a new cell phone that has video calling
later she wants to go to a party but he dad says no so she says she going to her friends to study and goes to the party
she has to come up with plans to get her father to believe shes at her friends by showing him on the cell phone
so she is a a club and her dad calls and she has to get everyone to act a scene from a movie
and another part she is in a department store and she uses the furniture to make her friends living room
she finally gets to the party and the popular boy takes her up to a tower and does somthing
i cant remember
but please help me with the name of this movie
