About Disney online games for pre-school children, are these two links the same?

http://preschooltime.go.com/what-is-it.html
In other words, do they have the same games? I am in Europe right now and cannot access them. and need to know if they lead to the same games… thanks
Basically yes the first link takes you to the home page of the website. The second takes you to a tab link under the website example if i had a link to yahoo.com it would be your first one and if I had one like yahoo/answers.com it would be your second make sense its a sub category of the same thing.
