ice skaters !! please help me

ok there is like some question but belive me its worth it the best answers get to get 5 stars so yep here we go
1: what is the wieght u should be to ice skate
2:i heard that most of ice skaters are short like 5’2 or something and im 5’7
3:is it too late to start figure skating when im 18 years
4:if i did very well ,will the disney on ice company take me to work there ??

1. the weight depends on your bone structure and height etc, but i would say thin to average.. if you are too heavy, you will get knee problems from skating
2. shorter people tend to have a lower centre of gravity which makes balancing on the ice easier for them.. but then if you have a better sense of balance, or talent, then it wouldnt really matter… if you are tall/long you will have a nice line while skating which looks really great.. after all, if everyone’s short and you’re tall you will stand out and maybe even look more attractive than them!
3. i think as long as you love the sport, you know what you want, you put in your best, then its possible to be good in the sport. of course, you will have a disadvantage as compared to the other skaters who started from age 4 and such, but they might not be as passionate about the sport as you are. take note that it takes quite a few years to actually reach the jumping/spinning stage.
4. if you do very well in skating, of course the disney company might take you (if you apply for it!). remember that this isnt definitive bcos it depends who you’re up against. and check what the maximum age is to be taken in by the company so you make better plans/ decide if its worth it!
