I am looking at a Disney DVD Box Set for my son…Can someone help me answer some questions on this?
It looks as if this product is from China or somewhere in the Asian market…I am wondering if anyone has purchased one of these box sets before….Will these movies work in a regular standard DVD player? Are the movies spoken in English? not subtitled in English….anyother helpful information would really be greatly appreciated!!
Disney is a very awkawrd format, they release the limited emounts of the dvd at certain stages – like 50th Anniversary things – this is for the older ones such as the Lion King – very expensive to currently find on a real uk dvd.
However the boxsets offered by places for quite cheap prices are usually not great copies and usually subtitles in English – i’ve bought i couple of other series this and found out later. However check the box and the details very carefully – they may offer both English and ‘Insert Other Language Here’
