Questions about a water park prices?

Lets go with a generic park (or you can supply specifics if you wish)
- You do not need to answer them all! At least one of them would be wonderful 
…
-Price to build a basic park (I saw figures of 400-500$ a square foot, is this accurate?)
-Price of water (I figure 5 cents a gallon – includes chemicals)
-Actual amount of water needed (Disney uses something like a 2.7 million gallon wave pool – soo maybe 10-15 million gallons in total for an entire park (2-3 acre)? – includes lazy river, wave pool, rides, etc)
- How many employees are needed per 8hr shift? (Or how many work hours are needed per 8 hr shift)
-How many passes are sold to a park (include season pass)
- Operation costs (filtration, cleaning, heating, lighting)
- Anything else you feel like including
