Should I see movies in 2D or 3D?
I’m planning on seeing the Disney/Pixar movie “Up”. The theater near my house is showing in both Digital 2D and Digital 3D. But I was told that seeing in 3D lacks both color and brightness due to some dark material they made for the glasses, or the way theater staff handles each glasses between shows. Is it true?
I saw “Monsters vs Aliens” in 3D! It really enhances the experience and I think it’s worth the extra $3.00 that most theaters charge for 3D.
It’s very expensive for theaters to upgrade to the new 3D technology and there are a lot of theaters that don’t have it yet.
