Disney, florida… best advice for mixing a business and pleasure trip?
I have to fly into the Gulf coats on business in late october.
As it’s a gorgeous part of the county I am bringing the family and scooting up to visit my brother in Orlando and take in the Magic Kingdom.
I’m looking to take us ( she and I, our 5 year old and a 1 year old) to Disney right around Halloween this year.
Would love to hear advice of not only cost savings bust also on the must do and don’ts
If you are taking youre 5 year old and 1 year old then definitely hit up MK! They will love it! Like he said stay at Coronado, its beautiful there and has a business meeting center, along with pools and awesome landscape/themeing. Everyone asks this question, “How can I save money at WDW?”, the answer is you can save a little bit of money, by taking in your own food, but when your kid sees the mickey ice cream bars, or the character dining theyre going to want to do that, what I tell people is just be prepared for Disney to be an expensive vacation. As for Do’s/Dont’s, if your children want to wear their halloween costume let them. Go to the parades! Stay in the park! Buy your tickets ahead of time! If you aren’t bringing your own food in then get the dining plan! Hope I helped, have fun!
