Is xbox 360 backwards compatible with xbox?
Im hoping to buy an xbox 360 and i’m really short of budget. As well as buying some games for me I have to buy a game for my 6 year old brother. He doesn’t care about graphics he just wants a disney game to play. Can i buy an xbox game and play it on 360, or else is there a cheap disney game for 360? Please Help!
Partially. There are only some of the original xbox games that are backwards compatible. You have to use an emulator to play the old games and Microsoft has not created them for all the old games yet. When you put the game in the 360 for the first time the emulator should download automatically if it’s connected to xbox live. If not, you will have to go dowload it to a PC and burn it to a disk.
