Im 15 and what to say to a Manager to get the job.?
Ok hi im 15. and im sure that in florida you can get a job they didnt tell me otherwise. I put in an application for AMC at Downtown disney in Florida. So i put it in on tuesday tomorrow is tuesday so it will be a week. ok so i called today and said hello may i speak to the person in charge of online applications. she said were not hiring she isnt here today but can you give me your name and i will tell her and she will look at your application and then if she likes you then she will give you a call and hire you. So now what should i do. i want to let them now that i mean business and i really want to work with them so how can i go about with this. im gonna call again on wednesday and speak to the manager so what should i say to her. so that i can really get the job. and should i put another application in to really make them believe that i want this job badly. can i ask the manager to speak with her in person to go over my application and have an interview please help me.

Just be yourself and don’t talk slang! When she ask you some questions, just answer them. Ask what field is open and tell her about the things you do best in. Your set!
