Was The Princess and the Frog not a good film?
I’ve been listening to my favorite Disney songs (Part of your World, Just around the Riverbend, Colors of the Wind, Tale as old as Time, A Whole New World, etc) and a wave of nostalgia came over me. I look back and think how amazing and beautiful these films were. How they captured an amazing story, created memorable characters and such. However, I’ve never seen The Princess and the Frog but most of what I’ve heard of the movie is not favorable. What do you think about the film? Were there any parts or songs that stood out to you?
I didn’t have high hopes for the movie either, but I’ve seen it three times, I absolutely love it! The characters were warm-hearted and so good, and the music was extremely catchy! I think I may watch it now haha anyway the song that was the best was “Almost There.” “Dig A Little Deeper” had a great dance number. I love the classic disney movies just like you, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations! Watch it!
