Socal Resident buys Disneyland tickets-can I go?
Hello all,
My friend lives down in Burbank and has offered to buy my friend and I disneyland so cal resident summer fun passes for a 3 day park hopper for $99.00. A great deal, right?!
My only question is that she will NOT be going to Disneyland with us. So please, if you can, answer these two questions:
1. If she buys them at a grocery store like Vons, Ralphs, Food 4 less, etc., and shows her ID to prove residency will she get actual tickets, or vouchers?
2. I know she will be needed with us to exchange the vouchers into tickets but if she gets actual tickets or purchases actual tickets at the gate do they check ID’s once she leaves us?
I have read the responses to this question on here and most have differing answers, please, if you have the experience lend it to me so that I may be prepared! Thank you for your feedback!
From what I understand, the grocery store tickets are actual tickets, not vouchers.
Disney has the right to request proof of residency upon entering the gate with one of these tickets, but from what I hear they rarely ask.
