Chatham Square or Patterson Court?
I am participating in the Walt Disney World College Program for Fall 2011 (leaving THIS SATURDAY!!! =D August 7th, 2011), and I am doing some research on the available housing. The competition is now between Chatham and Patterson, and I am leaning towards Patterson, but has anyone had (or know of someone else who had) a particularly awesome experience with Chatham? Or a particularly bad one with Patterson?
Chatham square is a mix between vista way and patterson, noise level is medium, less parties than vista way, but more than patterson. They still do have some parties with alcohol and pot though.
Patterson court is nice and quiet. Although it feels like a retirement home in my opinion. If your willing to spend the money I’d go with patterson.
