what are some good foods to eat when training for a half marathon?
Well….i’m training for the walt disney marathon and it’s the first marathon that i been in i already have my training planed out but what foods should i eat
Glycogen last for around one hour and then the body uses fat.
In the weeks leading up to the half eat more carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, rice, bananas pasta etc)
Also make sure toy don’t neg let fat and protein. In the Western world you can get more than enough protein from meat but at the same time don’t gorge yourself on Mc Donald’s
