Okay so i want to go to college in florida and work at walt disney world. i went there this year and i absolutely loved it! its the most amazing place i have ever been to.. and im 15 lol! anyway, i am planning on being a vet and i want to work in the animal kingdom, but i cant find the jobs that i can have and how to apply. I cant find how to contact them either lol. but i found a lot of other jobs and stuff but nothing with animals. also i want a college that is in orlando and that i can study to be a vet at… thank you!! any help will be great!

You probably won’t be able to work with animals directly at Disney without a degree. We took the backstage tour at AK and got to go into the vet operation center. They have very few vets and they are the best of the best. There are many jobs for training the animals, cleaning, and feeding them. If you really want to work there, take any job you can at first. The college program there pays min. wage and you work where they say. They also take out room fees from your wages. But you are working there, making contacts and friends.

You don’t need to go to a college in Orlando to become a vet at Disney. You will first need to get a 4 year degree at a college. You can not major in Vet. You could major in bio or chem. Then with great grades apply to vet school. Getting into Vet school is harder than Med school. You will then have to specialize in big animals. Good luck and keep your GPA up!
